Esposito represents and advises insurers and corporations in various aspects of insurance litigation, including commercial-property coverage disputes, policy interpretation and defense of bad faith litigation. She also has experience in a wide variety of business litigation matters, from trade secret misappropriation and white collar defense to securities and antitrust class actions. She is a member of the California and Florida Bars and she is fluent in French. Esposito received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania and her J.D. from Columbia University School of Law.
As a former staff law clerk for the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, Georgia and summer associate at McDermott Will & Emery LLP, Sloan’s experience includes writing bench memoranda and drafting opinions for the Court in the areas of employment, civil rights, financial regulation, administrative law, criminal law, sentencing and habeas corpus; drafting memoranda for complex civil litigation matters; and drafting orders of protection for battered women. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Boston University School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania.
