Holland & Knight Adds Three Associates to Miami Office

MIAMI – March 8, 2012 - Holland & Knight is pleased to announce that three attorneys have joined the firm as associates in the Miami office.

Hugo P. Arza is an associate in the firm's South Florida Real Estate Group, practicing in the areas of land use and zoning, real estate, and state and local government advocacy. Arza represents a wide range of clients, including real estate developers, charter school operators, and vendors in the business of providing goods and services to government agencies. He received his B.A. from Amherst College and his J.D. from University of Pennsylvania Law School. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Arza was an associate with Tew Cardenas, LLP.

Daniel E. Martinez is an associate in the firm's International & Cross Border Transactions Group, focusing his practice on international and domestic tax planning for companies and individuals. Martinez received his B.S. and M.B.A. from the University of Louisville, his LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and his J.D. from University of Michigan Law School. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Martinez was an associate with Cantor & Webb P.A. in Miami.

Henry R. Roque is an associate in the firm's International & Cross Border Transactions Group, focusing on the areas of general corporate law matters, international commercial transactions and healthcare regulatory matters. Roque received his B.B.A. from University of Miami, his LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law, and his J.D. from American University, Washington College of Law. Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Roque was an associate with Larrea & Ortega in Coral Gables.
