Nicholas Banegas Joins Fowler White Boggs

Fort Lauderdale, FL - Fowler White Boggs is pleased to announce that Nicholas Banegas has joined the Firm as an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office.

Mr. Banegas practices in the Firm’s Employment Law Group and concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on commercial, immigration and labor and employment matters. He has experience as a civil litigator in cases involving various labor, commercial and investment disputes including representing investors with claims in excess of US $100 million in the largest financial fraud case in Florida history.

He received his B.A., from Tulane University and his J.D., cum laude, from Florida State University. Previous to undertaking his legal career, Mr. Banegas served his country in the United States Army for several years. During his military career, Mr. Banegas served in Korea as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (“NCOIC”) of the United Nations Command Security Battalion Office of Intelligence and as a paratrooper in the 82nd Airborne Division.
