Terzo is chair of GrayRobinson’s Insolvency and Creditor’s Rights practice group, and is devoted to a wide range of insolvency matters, including representation of corporate and consumer clients in complex workouts, bankruptcies, assignment for the benefit of creditors, and receiverships. In addition, his practice encompasses both the prosecution and defense of all forms of complex bankruptcy litigation, including preference, fraudulent transfers and complex contested matters.
Apart from his practice, Terzo is a member of The Florida Bar, American Bankruptcy Institute, Florida Fiduciary Forum and the Committee on Health Care Insolvency. Terzo is also a past co-chairman and current member of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court Committee and the U.S. Trustee Liaison Committee.
He received his juris doctorate from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center and his undergraduate degree from the University of Cincinnati.
