Prior to joining Ruden McClosky, Adelson was Of Counsel at another large Ft. Lauderdale-based law firm where she handled a broad range of labor & employment discrimination matters including race; national origin; gender; religion; disability discrimination and retaliation; sexual harassment; and housing discrimination.
Adelson is a member of The Florida Bar and the New York State Bar and is admitted to practice before the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals; the U.S. District Courts, Southern and Middle Districts of Florida; and the Eastern and Southern District Courts of New York. She also is a member of The Florida Bar Association, the Broward County Bar Association, and is an active member of the civic organization Jewish Adoption and Foster Care Options (JAFCO), Benefit Committee.
Adelson earned her law degree at Hofstra University School of Law, (J.D., 1999), and is a graduate of the University of Michigan (B.A., 1990).
