RICHARD RYLES NAMED SHAREHOLDER AT RE-BRANDED ROSENTHAL, LEVY, SIMON & RYLES, P.A.


WEST PALM BEACH, FL (March 1, 2012) - Richard Ryles has become a member of the firm now known as Rosenthal, Levy, Simon & Ryles, P.A. uniting two practices into one team. Richard, a third generation West Palm Beach resident, brings to the firm his vast experience in the area of negligent security.  Negligent security lawsuits are asserted by individuals who were attacked or victimized, most often on business property.  Richard has represented many local residents in personal injury, police brutality and other high profile cases, including the $2.1 Million Dollar settlement for the survivors of the Rosewood Massacre.

South Florida Law Firms Merge: Atkinson Diner & Fowler Boggs

Fort Lauderdale/ Tampa, FL – The statewide Florida law firm of Fowler White Boggs (Fowler) and the Ft. Lauderdale-based firm of Atkinson, Diner, Stone, Mankuta & Ploucha P.A. (Atkinson) announced their plans to merge in the first half of 2012. This merger is a continuation of the dynamic expansion of the Ft. Lauderdale office of Fowler which will grow to nearly 30 attorneys in less than two years.  The firm is meeting its goal of attracting quality lawyers through the addition of the highly-regarded and successful Atkinson attorneys.

Duane Morris LLP and Mexican Firm Formalize Cooperative Relationship

MIAMI and MEXICO CITY, June 21, 2011—International law firm Duane Morris LLP has entered into an agreement creating an alliance with Mexico City law firm Miranda & Estavillo, S.C. The agreement formalizes and strengthens a longtime referral and networking relationship between the two firms. The firms have provided clients with legal counsel on U.S. and Mexican legal issues, particularly in the area of international corporate transactions. The firms will now offer clients expanded geographic reach and practice strength in cross-border matters.
