Jesse Diner Appointed to the ABA House of Delegates

Fort Lauderdale, FL – Jesse H. Diner, a shareholder in the Firm’s Fort Lauderdale office and former Florida Bar President, has been appointed to a two-year term to the American Bar Association (ABA) House of Delegates by the Florida Bar Board of Governors. The House of Delegates, established in 1936, meets twice each year, at ABA Annual and Midyear Meetings. Action taken by the House of Delegates on specific issues becomes official ABA policy.

Jesse H. Diner practices in Fowler White Boggs’ Commercial Litigation Practice Group and focuses his practice on resolving commercial disputes. During a career that spans more than 38 years, Mr. Diner has advised and represented clients in a wide range of business matters, including real estate, probate, financial and other commercial disputes. He received a B.A. from Gettysburg College and his J.D. from St. John's University Law School, where he served as editor of Notes and Comments for the school's Law Review.
