Broward County Hispanic Bar Association "Back to School Supply Drive"

You can help enable our youth to perform well in this school year!

BCHBA is continuing to support the underprivileged children in Broward County by holding a "Back to School Supply Drive." BCHBA will collect school supplies in August as part of the fundraising effort. Anyone wishing to contribute donations of school supplies can do so at the following locations:
West: (Across from the West Regional Courthouse): Carlos A. Velasquez P.A., 101 N. Pine Island Road, Suite 201, Plantation, FL 33324
East: (Across from the main Courthouse): Izquierdo & Marin, 100 S.E. 6th Street, Ft. Lauderdale, FL33301
Monthly Luncheon: Donations will also be accepted at our luncheon at the Tower Club on August 9, 2012.

The biggest need is for back packs. Supplies such as crayola crayons, marble composition notebooks, pocket folders, pencil cases, No. 2 pencils, erasers, pens, glue sticks, or wide ruled notebook paper are also needed. So, if you are out doing your weekly groceries or buying supplies for your own children, please consider grabbing something extra to donate. Your small donation will make a huge impact on a child in Broward County and enable that child to have pride and look forward to his first day of the new school year.

    The collection continues through the end of August at the locations above. The biggest need is for back packs.     They are also accepting monetary donations of $10 or more. Please make your check payble to BCHBA and mail it to PO BOX 350248, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33335.
