Ms. Blanco Maurisset is an esteemed graduate from the University of Miami School of Law, Class of 2011, Cum Laude. Mr. Burnotes has been practicing law for 12 years. He has clerked for two federal judges. He focuses on complex commercial litigation, emphasizing foreclosures, real estate litigation, maritime law, and securities fraud. His experience in real estate litigation has exposed him to all phases of complex civil litigation, including experience in disputes over legal and equitable title to real property, boundary disputes, adverse possession, forged instruments, mortgage fraud, and any other defect in lien or encumbrance on the title to real property.

The firm was established in 2000 by Roy Weinfeld after his extensive experience with two prestigious Miami law firms.
