DEAN MEAD ELECTS ROBERT J. NABERHAUS III AND KELLY SULLIVAN AS SHAREHOLDERS

Orlando, Florida -- Dean Mead announced that Robert J. Naberhaus III and Kelly Sullivan have been elected as Shareholders. Naberhaus is a member of the Estate & Succession Planning Department in the Viera office. Sullivan is a lawyer in the firm’s Health Law department in Orlando. In addition, Daryl J. Krauza has rejoined the Fort Pierce office as Of Counsel in the Litigation Department.

Naberhaus is board certified in Wills, Trusts and Estates by the Florida Bar. His practice consists primarily of estate planning, transfer tax planning, estate and trust administration and asset protection planning. He has extensive experience working with high net worth individuals throughout Florida. He also practices in the areas of business succession planning, charitable planning, guardianship and probate and trust litigation.

Currently, Naberhaus serves as the President of the Indian River County Estate Planning Council. He is Past President of the Martin County Estate Planning Council and he is a member of the Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. In addition, Naberhaus is a member of the Board of Directors of Junior Achievement of the Space Coast and a Board member of the Visiting Nurse Association of the Space Coast.

Sullivan is board certified in Health Law by the Florida Bar. In addition to providing legal counsel to a variety of health providers, she serves as an adviser to a local Hospital District and Medical Center. Prior to her role at Dean Mead, she served as General Counsel for a not-for-profit health system in Brevard County. Additionally, she served as counsel to a national pharmacy benefits manager and its specialty pharmacy subsidiaries where she managed litigation and government investigations. She spent ten years as counsel to a large health insurance company and its HMO where she provided expertise in the managed care arena. She is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the Health Law Section of the Florida Bar.

Krauza recently rejoined Dean Mead’s Fort Pierce office. He was previously at the firm from 2008 to 2010. He focuses his practice in the areas of commercial litigation, construction law and litigation, real estate litigation, quiet title actions, bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. As a former Assistant State Attorney, Mr. Krauza has extensive courtroom experience and has tried in excess of 100 jury trials.
