Holly Ghelfi has joined Englander Fischer

Holly Ghelfi has joined Englander Fischer in St. Petersburg as an associate. Ghelfi practices in the area of commercial transactions, with an emphasis on retail and office leasing, commercial development, commercial financing, acquisitions, and dispositions.

Prior to joining Englander Fischer, Holly Ghelfi worked at Holland & Knight, LLP in its commercial real estate and corporate groups. While there, she practiced corporate and securities law, including mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, corporate governance matters and securities regulation compliance. Previously, Mrs. Ghelfi worked in financial advisory services at both PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cap Gemini Ernst & Young.

Mrs. Ghelfi is a graduate of Stetson University College of Law, where she worked as an editor of the Stetson Law Review and served as a member of Stetson’s Moot Court Board. As a law student, Holly Ghelfi interned for the Honorable Mary S. Scriven, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida and for the U.S. Attorney’s office for the Middle District of Florida Appellate Division. Upon graduation, Mrs. Ghelfi was presented with the dean’s award for extraordinary service to the university.
