Orlando, FL – January 31, 2012 – Chad Duberke joins the Orlando office of GrayRobinson P.A., as an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property and Corporate Practice groups. Chad has extensive experience working on matters relating to corporate and securities law as well as intellectual property law, including mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts and transactions, licensing agreements, software and technology contracts and Internet law.

Throughout his professional career, Chad has represented a diverse range of clients including large, publicly traded companies to privately held family businesses.  Chad has invaluable experience registering trademarks and copyrights with the United States Patent and Trademark Offices and the United States Copyright Office. He has also represented software developers and distributors in the acquisition, sale, licensing and development of software products.

As an active member of the legal community, Chad is a member of the Intellectual Property Committee of the Orange County Bar Association, The Florida Bar, the American Bar Association and the Association of Corporate Growth.

He received his juris doctorate from Duke University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida.
