Michele Feinzig has been practicing law in South Florida for 23 years and has extensive experience, having litigated cases, handled over 85 appeals in the Florida District Courts of Appeal and the Florida Supreme Court, and provided litigation and trial support for all kinds of civil and commercial cases.
Attorney Feinzig spent five years as a litigator and appellate practitioner at Tripp Scott in Fort Lauderdale, where she handled a wide range of cases, including automobile negligence, premises liability, defamation, negligent security, nursing home negligence, insurance litigation, fraud, breach of contract, collections, condominium actions, evictions, administrative actions, and family law matters. She also spent 16 years as Of Counsel to a Miami civil litigation firm, where she handled all of the firm’s appeals and writ proceedings, as well as provided extensive litigation and trial support for the firm’s complex personal injury (plaintiff) and commercial cases. For the past two years, she has been a solo appellate practitioner in Broward County.
Attorney Feinzig graduated cum laude from Florida State University with a degree in Accounting, and is a magna cum laude graduate of the University of Miami School of Law.
Attorney Feinzig is admitted to practice in Florida and is an active member of the Appellate Practice and Advocacy Section of The Florida Bar.
