Tricia M. Wozniak joins Allen, Dyer, Doppelt, Milbrath and Gilchrist

Tricia M. Wozniak has joined Allen, Dyer, Doppelt, Milbrath and Gilchrist in Orlando. Wozniak is a registered patent attorney practicing in the areas of patent, copyright, trademark, trade secret, and related technology litigation in state and federal courts.She also provides patent, trademark, and copyright acquisition and counseling services. 


Ms. Wozniak earned a Bachelor of Science degree in three years from the University of Michigan, during which time she was a member of the competitive cheerleading team. While in law school at Florida State University, Ms. Wozniak served as the Executive Editor of the Business Law Review and as president of Phi Alpha Delta. She also participated in the Summer Program in Law at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England.
