Amy Baruch has joined Williams Schifino Mangione & Steady

TAMPA, Fla. (October 7, 2011) -- Williams Schifino Mangione & Steady PA (Williams Schifino) is pleased to announce that Amy Baruch has joined the firm's Business Litigation group. Ms. Baruch also recently passed the Florida Bar exam and was sworn in on September 26, 2011.

Ms. Baruch's practice will include business torts, contract disputes, personal injury claims and other complex business and civil litigation matters, as well as bankruptcy adversary litigation.

"Amy's wide range of practice areas is a great addition to the firm," said William J. Schifino Jr., managing shareholder of Williams Schifino. "She brings us excellent capabilities for helping our clients, and is a great addition to our Business Litigation group."

Graduating cum laude with her law degree from Stetson University College of Law in May 2011, Ms. Baruch also earned a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis on Public Relations from Florida State University in 2006. While at Stetson, she was an Editor for the Stetson Law Review, Stetson's premier academic journal.

Ms. Baruch is admitted to practice in the State of Florida and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association, the Florida Bar, and the Hillsborough County Bar Association.
