David Carlisle appointed co-chair of Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of Florida Bar’s Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section.


Duane Morris partner David R. Carlisle has been appointed co-chair of the newly formed Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Florida Bar Association’s Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section. He will serve for the 2011–2012 fiscal year.

Carlisle is a member of the section’s Executive Council and recently served as chair of the Guardianship Law and Procedure Committee.


Based in Miami, Carlisle concentrates his practice on dispute resolution involving trusts, estates and guardianships, and related issues. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a member of its Asset Preservation Committee. Carlisle presently serves as co-vice chair of the Dade County Bar Association Probate and Guardianship Committee. He is a graduate of the University of Miami School of Law and the University of Miami.
