Robyn Vines appointed an officer of The Florida Bar Family Law Membership Committee

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – July 18, 2011 – Robyn L. Vines, a shareholder in the Fort Lauderdale office of GrayRobinson, P.A., has been appointed an officer of The Florida Bar Family Law Section’s Membership Committee.  As an advocate for the family law practice, she has been an active member of the Family Law Section, and served as both Chair and Vice Chair of The Florida Bar Family Law Rules Committee before being term limited after six years of service.

The AV-rated attorney focuses her practice exclusively in marital and family law with a primary focus on matters of divorce, child support and alimony obligations, paternity, asset distribution including business interests, child relocation, domestic violence proceedings and pre-and-post nuptial agreements.

Aside from her commitment to the Family Law Section, she also served multiple terms on the Florida Supreme Court Family Law Forms Workgroup, as a member of The Florida Bar Civil Rules of Procedure Committee, and the Family Law Section’s Rules and Forms and Publications committees. Vines has also served on the board of governors for the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar.

Vines earned her juris doctorate from Nova Southeastern University and her undergraduate degree from Purdue University. She also attended Indiana Military Academy Officer Candidate School.
