Josh M. Rubens Joins Kluger Kaplan

Miami-based commercial litigation firm Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, P.L. announces that Josh M. Rubens has joined the firm as an associate.

Prior to joining Kluger, Kaplan, Silverman, Katzen & Levine, Mr. Rubens served as an associate at Berger & Montague, P.C. in Philadelphia, advising and representing government entities, public pension funds, and other institutional investors in class action and individual opt out securities litigation in federal and state court. He has also served as a judicial intern for the Eleventh Judicial Circuit Court in Miami.

Mr. Rubens received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Emory University and his juris doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. He is admitted to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
