ATTORNEY JEZABEL LLORENTE JOINS LEVINE KELLOGG LEHMAN SCHNEIDER + GROSSMAN LLP

MIAMI (May 4, 2011) – Attorney Jezabel Llorente has joined the law firm of Levine Kellogg Lehman Schneider + Grossman LLP (LKLSG) as of counsel, announced Jeffrey Schneider, managing partner of the Miami-based commercial law firm.

Llorente specializes in appellate, labor and employment, and complex commercial litigation matters, and has represented various clients such as employers, real estate developers, publicly traded companies, and investment companies in federal and state court, and arbitration disputes throughout the state of Florida. She has several significant representations to her credit, including numerous multi-million dollar disputes and appellate decisions.

Prior to joining LKLSG, Llorente was a solo practitioner with Jezabel Llorente, P.A., assisting litigants in exercising their appellate rights and defending their positions on appeal. She also provided consultation to employers and employees on labor and employment issues, including hiring, retention, and termination disputes, discrimination-based claims, wage and hour disputes, drafting and revising employment manuals, and matters relating to the enforcement of non-competition clauses.

Llorente earned her Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, in 2001 from Florida State University College of Law, where she was a member of the Florida State Law Review, and received her undergraduate degree magna cum laude from Florida International University in 1998.

She is a member of Dade County Bar Association, Coral Gables Bar Association, and Cuban American Bar Association. She is also a member of the Florida and District of Columbia Bars and is admitted to practice in the Southern, Middle and Northern District Courts of Florida.
