Scott L. Lampert Joins Broad and Cassel West Palm Beach

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla.; April 18, 2011 — Patricia Lebow, managing partner of the West Palm Beach office of the Florida-based law firm Broad and Cassel, is pleased to announce the addition of Scott L. Lampert to the West Palm Beach office. A registered patent attorney with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, Mr. Lampert will serve as an Of Counsel member in the firm’s Corporate and Securities and Intellectual Property Practice Groups.

Most recently, Mr. Lampert was a sole practitioner; however he was previously vice president and general counsel to a NASDAQ-listed manufacturing and distribution company and its worldwide subsidiaries. He brings extensive experience in business transactions, corporate law, securities law, and intellectual property law (patent and trademark protection and licensing) and is a registered patent attorney.

Mr. Lampert is a graduate of Tulane University. He received an MBA from Fordham University and his juris doctor cum laude from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and the Broward County Bar Association.
