ALAN SCHWARTZSEID JOINS KAYE & BENDER P.L. AS AN ASSOCIATE

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. – Alan Schwartzseid has joined Kaye & Bender P.L., a full service commercial law firm concentrating on the representation of community associations, as an associate specializing in foreclosures. He will be responsible for
overseeing and implementing the foreclosure procedures, including but not limited to collections, title review and complaint filing through judgment, sale and title issuance.

Schwartzseid was previously a mortgage foreclosure attorney in Deerfield Beach.

“The rising number of foreclosures in South Florida has increased the demand for
specialists in that field,” said Robert L. Kaye, managing member of Kaye & Bender.
“Alan will be an asset to our team and his breadth of foreclosure experience will benefit
our clients who are undergoing this process.”

A resident of Plantation, Schwartzseid received his Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern
University’s Shepard Broad Law Center, his Master of Science from Florida Atlantic
University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Florida.
