Mr. Platzek received his Juris Doctorate in 2004 from the Benjamin N. Cardoza School of Law, New York, NY, and his undergraduate degree in Accounting from the University of Miami.
Mr. Platzek’s areas of concentration include all aspects of civil litigation from pre-suit negotiation through trial, real estate transactions, business law, and personal injury claims. Mr. Platzek represents corporate clients and individuals in a variety of different business disputes, including complex commercial litigation, business torts, foreclosure, landlord/tenant, restrictive covenants, contract actions, employment matters, pre-judgment and post-judgment collection. Mr. Platzek is admitted to practice in all Florida State Courts, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida, and the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
