Robert Q. Lee, Selected to Advisory Board for Accountant/Attorney Networking Group of Florida


Robert Q. Lee, Diaz Reus partner in the firm’s Orlando office, has been named to the 2012 Advisory Board of The Accountant | Attorney Networking Group of Florida (AANGFL). As an Honored Advisory Board Member, Mr. Lee will provide professional guidance in his field of expertise and offer suggestions to help the AANGFL accomplish and achieve its long term goals and ongoing networking events.

The AANGFL was established to build and maintain accountant and attorney connections in the tri-county area of South Florida for “shared positive outcomes in relaxed and conducive settings.”  The group hosts a monthly educational breakfast Networking Speaker Series held in various locations throughout Miami/Dade, Fort Lauderdale/Broward, and Palm Beach/Martin counties, as well as other key networking receptions and events.


Lee, a deeply experienced multilingual (English/Cantonese/Mandarin/Vietnamese) international attorney represents public, private, and emerging growth companies worldwide in corporate and financial matters including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations and roll-ups, project financing, private equity and mezzanine financing, securities, and franchising. His practice also includes secured-lending work for major banks, governmental agencies and other lending groups. He serves as counsel to Fortune 100 multinational companies, developers, investment funds and major landowners for varied commercial real estate matters. He counsels large multinational companies on international business transactions and investments, with emphasis on China, Hong Kong, Korea, Taiwan, and Vietnam, and advises Chinese companies on immigration and corporate strategies regarding investments and acquisitions in the Americas. A frequent speaker on Asian business topics, Lee is the Chief Representative of the firm’s Shanghai, China office.
