FORT LAUDERDALE, FL – January 9, 2012 –Jeffery A. Bahnsen has joined GrayRobinson P.A.’s Fort Lauderdale office as a shareholder in the firm’s Corporate Practice. Bahnsen practices in a variety of areas including corporate, securities and finance matters focusing primarily on public and private securities offerings.

Bahnsen advises domestic and foreign private and public companies engaged in raising capital through various forms of private and public securities offerings (debt and equity), including equity lines, registered directs, reverse mergers and private placements. In addition, Bahnsen provides legal counsel to companies engaged in mergers, acquisitions and share exchanges, including distressed companies with restructurings and reorganizations.
He also represents clients with hospitality related developments ranging from first-time home buyer neighborhoods to high-end resort developments throughout the United States, Europe, Mexico and the Caribbean in connection with the design and implementation of community governance structures and club membership programs with extensive amenities.
Bahnsen earned both his juris doctorate and undergraduate degrees from The Ohio State University.
