GRAYROBINSON WELCOMES REGISTERED PATENT AGENT CARL NAPOLITANO TO ITS ORLANDO OFFICE

ORLANDO, FL  – GrayRobinson P.A., is pleased to welcome Registered Patent Agent Carl M. Napolitano, Ph.D., to its Orlando office. Dr. Napolitano practices in the area of patent prosecution, where he counsels both inventors and companies on the patent process as well as strategies and marketing plans to support businesses. He also evaluates the patenting potential of inventions.

Carl has represented various clients, including technology companies, universities, start-up companies, individual inventors and multi-national corporations. His patent prosecution practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office has spanned technologies including medical devices, electromechanical implements, agricultural equipment, software, simulation training systems and methods, electronic and laser systems, semiconductor devices, and sports and industrial equipment. 

Aside from being admitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office, he is also a member of the National Association of Patent Practitioners.

Napolitano earned his Ph.D. and M.E. in nuclear engineering sciences from the University of Florida, as well as his M.S. in physics from Michigan State University and B.S. in engineering physics from the University of Rhode Island.
