Prior to joining Infante Zumpano, Moreno was Vice President of Sales and Administration and co-owner of Moralmar Kitchen Cabinets, Inc.

In her new role, Moreno will serve as a legal advisor to business owners in a wide variety of industries, with a special emphasis on construction. “Noelia is a perfect addition to our growing firm,” said Emil R. Infante, co-managing partner and co-founder of the Coral Gables-based firm. “Our legal team has first-hand experience in navigating through the maze of government contracts and other issues that arise for minority-owned businesses and this gives us a natural synergy with the Latin Builders Association,” Infante added. “Noelia complements our corporate practice and will be instrumental in expanding the scope of services the firm provides to its clients,” added Carlos A. Zumpano, co-managing partner and co-founder of the firm.

A certified professional life coach, Moreno graduated from the University of Miami, School of Business Administration in 1986 and received her J.D. from the University of Miami, School of Law in 1988. She sits on the Executive Board of the Latin Builder's Association and served for the past two years as the publisher ofProyecto Magazine, the official magazine of the Latin Builder's Association. She was elected in 2009 as the first female president of the Latin Builders Association.

Moreno is the recipient of the Director of the Year and Leadership Awards from the Latin Builder's Association, and she has been recognized for her work with the Estella Project, which oversees re-construction efforts in building homes for needy families throughout South Florida. She was named one of Latina Magazine’s ‘Hispanic Women of Distinction’ as well as a ‘Young at Art’ Children’s Museum’s Women of Vision.

Moreno sits on the University of Miami, School of Business Advisory Board and the University of Miami Alumni Association Board. Additionally, Moreno donates her resources and time as an advocate of Lawyers for Children. She resides in Miami Lakes with her husband Richard, son Jordan and step son Justin.
