Ms. Munoz obtained her undergraduate degree at the University of Miami and her legal degree at Yale Law School. Her practice includes international and domestic commercial transactions, including the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of joint ventures, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions (including hotel work), financing transactions, and other general corporate and real estate matters. A former President of the Dade County Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section, Ms. Munoz continues to be involved in the community by, among other things, serving as Secretary of Legal Services of Greater Miami, Inc., a legal aid organization that provides free civil legal services to the needy in the Greater Miami area.
