POLENBERG COOPER P.A. HIRES ATTORNEY MARK NICHOLS

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - May 3, 2011 - Attorney Mark Nichols has joined Polenberg Cooper, P.A., one of South Florida's leading boutique commercial litigation firms, as an associate. Before joining the firm, Nichols was an attorney with McCabe & Rabin, P.A. in West Palm Beach.


Nichols is admitted to practice in Florida state courts and the Northern, Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. Active in The Florida Bar, he is a member of the Young Lawyers Division, Business Law Section, and Vice-Chair for the Business Litigation Committee of the Business Law Section. Nichols is also a business litigation representative to the LLC Drafting Task Force and a member of the Legislative Committee.

Within the American Bar Association's Young Lawyers Division, Nichols is the Co-Chair of the Litigation and Chair of the Business Law Committees. He earned a law degree, cum laude, from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration: Finance.
