An experienced litigator, Mr. Schloss handles complex commercial litigation and corporate and securities matters on behalf of clients, who include multi-million dollar corporations and securities brokers. He has argued before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) and represented clients nationally in binding arbitration proceedings before the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (JAMS) and the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
Mr. Schloss is a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park, and received his juris doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center. While completing his studies, Mr. Schloss served as an intern on the Violent Crime Trial Team for Maryland State Attorney’s Office and also served as a judicial intern for Judge Elijah H. Williams of the 17th Judicial Circuit Court in Fort Lauderdale.
He is a member of the American Bar Association (ABA) and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division.
